loud musicuneven paths
The evening entertainment was unbearable and loud. The music was constantly blasting. This happened both in the bar and near the amphitheater, and it really bothered me. The noise carried throughout the hotel. The room also felt quite old. The paths around the grounds are not level, so walking around was difficult.

i really appreciated the great meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. drinks, water, and alcohol was readily available on tap. the staff was very friendly, they are awesome. check-in and checkout was easy. the beach and pool had lots of space and many seats were available.
i found the variety of desserts could be improved.

the staff was very attentive at the beach, ensuring towels were always available. i also saw staff members assisting guests with carrying luggage. the reception team addressed inquiries quickly and effectively. they seemed always ready to help.

The buffet offered themed nights. I saw it include italian and mediterranean options. fresh fruit was available at every meal. the restaurant staff maintained a clean and orderly dining area. i noticed multiple coffee machines for self-service.

The hotel has direct access to a private beach area. nearby, i noticed a few local shops are within walking distance. the hotel provided shuttle service to nearby attractions. It had to be booked in advance. taxis were readily available outside the hotel entrance.

the hotel kept the grounds clean and spacious. the staff was friendly and polite. the beach was clean and well maintained. there were large parasols available.
the music in the bar and amphitheater was loud at night. there was no dedicated space for the shows. the music around the pool was loud at times. the paths in the hotel were uneven.
